9. Confidentiality
9.1 Confidential Information includes, without limitation, the identity, profile, and participation of any expert or academic, the identity of clients, client questions, and engagement details.

10. Use and Redistribution of Materials
10.1 Written materials and insights provided through the Site are for your internal use only and may not be redistributed, published, or displayed to any third party without Alcuin’s prior written consent.
10.2 You may not quote or attribute insights or opinions to experts or Alcuin without prior written consent.
11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
11.1 Fees for completed services are non-refundable.
11.2 For services cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, a full refund will be provided. For late cancellations, fees may be forfeited.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alcuin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services, including but not limited to indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss of profit, business, or data.
12.2 Except for breaches of confidentiality, indemnification, or limitations on use, Alcuin’s liability shall not exceed the fees paid or payable under the relevant engagement.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
13. Indemnity
13.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alcuin and its experts from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

The Site may contain links to third party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Alcuin has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content or availability of third party sites.
